AI output is non-deterministic. Agents on the Platform are powered by third-party large language models. Their outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and are not guaranteed correct. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions, diffs, and outputs before relying on or executing them.

1. No Guarantee of Security

Governance controls (sandbox isolation, egress brokering, key vaulting, cost caps, kill switch, and audit logging) reduce risk but do not eliminate it and are not a guarantee of security or safety. No system is fully secure. You remain responsible for reviewing the actions you direct agents to take.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The security configuration and maintenance of your own environments, networks, and infrastructure
  • Ensuring that your use of PerimeterOne complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Implementing appropriate backup, disaster recovery, and incident response procedures independent of our Services
  • Evaluating whether the Services are appropriate for your specific security requirements and regulatory obligations
  • Reviewing the agent actions, diffs, and signed audit logs the Platform records, and acting on them as appropriate

Nothing produced by the Platform constitutes legal, regulatory, compliance, financial, or other professional advice; consult a qualified professional before relying on it.

4. Limitation of Liability for Automated Actions

Agents you run on the Platform may take actions (e.g., modifying files, running commands, calling external services) within the limits you configure. You are responsible for the tasks you direct agents to perform, for reviewing and approving their actions, and for any destructive effects of actions you allow. PerimeterOne is not liable for outcomes of actions executed by agents you direct.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with or reference third-party model providers and OpenAI-compatible endpoints. PerimeterOne does not endorse, warrant, or assume liability for any third-party products or services. Your use of third-party integrations is governed by the respective third party’s terms and policies.

6. No Professional Services Relationship

Use of the Services does not create a consulting, advisory, or professional-services relationship. PerimeterOne is a software platform; it does not act as a managed service provider, security operations center, incident responder, or compliance auditor for you.

Platform outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify before relying on them.

BYOK. Where you bring your own provider API keys, you are responsible for those keys, for all usage charges your provider bills you directly, and for compliance with that provider’s terms of service.
