Simple, honest pricing.
The plan tracks governance and seats — not your usage. You bring your own model keys, so you only ever pay your provider for tokens; we never mark that up.

The short version.
Honest answers to the things people ask before they sign up.
How does billing work?
You pick a plan by seats and governance — Solo, Team or Business — and that flat price is the whole bill. There is no per-call markup and no usage meter on our side. Your model provider bills you directly for the tokens your agents spend, at their own rates.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Move between Solo, Team and Business as your seat count changes — 1 seat on Solo, up to 5 on Team, up to 20 on Business. The governance, vault and signed audit chain come with every tier; the higher tiers add shared keys, separation of duties and audit-grade export.
What does BYOK mean for my keys?
Bring your own key from any supported model provider, including OpenAI-compatible endpoints. The key is sealed in a libsodium-encrypted vault and never enters the container. The sole-egress broker holds it, injects it at call time after a policy check, and is the only door out of the sandbox.
What counts as a run?
One governed agent task — bounded by a time and command limit and a hard cost cap. A single run can make many model calls and use many tools; you are never billed per call by us. Every run produces an Ed25519-signed audit chain you can re-verify offline.
Why Team instead of five Solo plans?
Five Solo accounts give you five separate single-developer audit chains, five admins who each approve their own actions, and five budgets with no shared ceiling. Team gives you one org-wide, actor-stamped signed chain, role-based access with separation of duties on destructive actions, and a single hard spend cap. Solo protects a developer; Team protects the company.
Do I pay you for the tokens my agents use?
No. The plan price is flat and covers governance only — the sandbox, broker, vault, kill-switch and signed audit chain. You bring your own model key, and your provider bills you for tokens directly at their rates. We never see or mark up your usage.
